Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@akkjewelry.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We may request additional information or photos if necessary.
All returns must be authorized by us before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
· The item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it
· The item must be returned in its original packaging
· All items must be shipped back within 48 hours of receiving return authorization
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All return shipments must include a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
